Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our RETURNS PORTAL
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- We will accept all authorized returns for full refund to your original payment.
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- All sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, pierced jewelry, essential oils; body oils; bath soaks, disinfecting spray, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable
- We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, or altered. Postage to return the unaccepted items will be your responsibility.
- Shoes must be unworn, without any scuff marks.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- If your account is flagged for return fraud or abuse, we can’t accept your return.
- Return abuse. We understand that clothes sometimes don't fit and you need to return them. However, any account that has an excessive return amount in a three month period will be flagged for return abuse. Should your return be flagged for return abuse you'll either be blocked from returning or shipping and restocking fee on any future returns will apply.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or packages.
- A 15% repackaging fee applies if the items you return are in unsellable condition that have to be steamed and repackaged and tagged.
- We are not responsible for items returned to sender by the USPS or UPS because the address is not found or no mail receptacle.
The item I received is damaged!
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days from the day you received the item. CONTACT US
Can the items be exchanged?
We do not accept exchanges.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
