Returns/Exchanges Policy

Returns

  • We will accept all authorized returns for store credit only (All sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, pierced jewelry, essential oils; body oils; bath soaks, disinfecting spray, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable).
  • All authorized returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the return label and email you with the label attached.  Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items. 
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund in the amount of store credit.
  • We only issue STORE CREDIT for returns. No refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with tags attached. 
  • We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, or altered.  Postage to return the unaccepted items will be your responsibility.
  • Shoes must be unworn, without any scuff marks. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

  • If your account is flagged for return fraud or abuse, we can’t accept your return.  
  • Return abuse. We understand that clothes sometimes don't fit and you need to return them.  However, any account that has an excessive return amount in a three month period will be flagged for return abuse. Should your return be flagged for return abuse you'll either be blocked from returning or shipping and restocking fee on any future returns will apply.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us in 24 hours from the day you received the item. 
  • A 15% repackaging fee applies if the items you return are in unsellable condition that have to be steamed and repackaged and tagged.
  • We are not responsible for items returned to sender by the USPS or UPS because the address is not found or no mail receptacle.

Exchanges

  • We will accept all authorized exchanges (All sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, pierced jewelry, essential oils; body oils; bath soaks, disinfecting spray, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be exchanged).
  • All authorized exchanges are accepted as long as the request is made to exchange the item within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the exchange label and email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items. You will have 15 days to send the item back for an exchange once you receive the exchange label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process and ship out your exchanged item.  Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanged items to be delivered.
